Mac•Man was an arcade game for classic Mac, that included an adapter to use an Atari-style joystick to play games, using the mouse port (and replacing the mouse).
Recently, we cloned the adapter and recreated it. This will be available on demand.
This is the basic adapter, connector with a 3D case.
